When you are online this dialog will display signals that have been defined
prior to compiling the circuit using the Monitored Signals Definition Dialog.
Each signal can be used as a breakpoint trigger signal and/or selected to be
watched in the Signal Display, but the signal must appear in this list if it
is to be used for either of those purposes.
Breakpoints may be enabled and disabled, and the polarity of their trigger edges
chosen to break either on a rising or falling edge.
Signals can be both enabled as breakpoint triggers and watched at the same time.
