To define which signals identified by net labels will be used for signal monitoring.

Activating this action displays the
Monitored Signal Definitions Dialog.
This dialog allows you to select up to 39 signals, each identified by a net
label, to be monitored in the Signal Display
or to be used as breakpoints. Actual configuration of the Signal Display and
Breakpoints is done in the Signal Monitoring Configuration Dialog.
