This dialog can be used to search for component instances in the current project that match a particular type. Any results from a search are listed in the Results List, from which they can be selected and the Design Canvas will jump to the selected component, highlighting it with a red rectangle. If 'Clear results list before each search' is checked then the results list will only show the components found in the last search, however having this option unchecked allows you to perform multiple searches for different types of components then review the results list afterwards. |
