This tool allows you to move the
Design Canvas in the viewport without the use
of the Design Canvas scrollbars. When the tool is activated and the mouse is
placed over the Design Canvas the cursor will show four arrows. Holding down the
left mouse button and moving the mouse will move the Design
Canvas in the viewport allowing easy movement around the design.
