This tool can be used to create rectangles on the
Design Canvas. When the tool
is activated and the mouse is placed over the Design Canvas the cursor will show
a cross hair. To construct a rectangle, hold down the left mouse button at one
desired corner point for the rectangle and move the cursor to the desired
opposite corner for the rectangle, releasing the mouse button will create the
rectangle. Once the rectangle is created you can select it with the
Arrow Tool
and drag it's four sides to different positions.
