Arbitrary text labels can be created and placed on the
Design Canvas with this
tool. When the tool is activated and the mouse cursor placed over the Design
Canvas the cursor will show a cross hair. A single click in the desired position
will bring up the
Text Input Dialog. The font and colour that are initially set
in the dialog can be specified in the tool options window for the Text Tool.
